Quick answer Your INTEGRIS password and Microsoft Authenticator are used for email, Teams, OneDrive, Workbench, and other services tied to your @INTEGRIS-MGT.COM account. If you know your current password, change it at myaccount.microsoft.com. If you forgot it or are locked out, use aka.ms/sspr. If Authenticator is not working or you replaced your phone, you may need IT to reset your MFA before you can set it up again. |
Overview
Your @INTEGRIS-MGT.COM account is your work identity for Microsoft 365 and other INTEGRIS services. This means your password and Microsoft Authenticator setup are shared across email, Teams, OneDrive, Workbench, and any other application that uses your INTEGRIS work account for sign-in.
Use this article to determine which recovery or setup path applies to you and what information to provide IT if you cannot complete the steps yourself.
Which Option Should I Use?
Situation | Use this option | Where to go |

You forgot your password or your account is locked. | Use self-service password reset.
You have a new phone and need to set up Authenticator. | Add or update your sign-in method.
Authenticator is not working and you cannot approve sign-ins. | Try basic phone/app checks first. If still blocked, submit a ticket to IT. |
Change Your Password When You Know Your Current Password
Use this process when you can still sign in and you know your current password.
- Go to myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in with your @INTEGRIS-MGT.COM account.
- Select Password, then choose Change password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Select Submit to save the change.
After changing your password The password change applies everywhere your @INTEGRIS-MGT.COM account is used. You may be asked to sign in again on your computer, phone, email app, Teams, OneDrive, Workbench, and other connected services. |
Forgot Your Password or Locked Out
Use this process if you cannot sign in because you forgot your password, your password is not accepted, or your account is locked.
- Go to aka.ms/sspr.
- Enter your @INTEGRIS-MGT.COM email address and complete the on-screen verification steps.
- Verify your identity using Microsoft Authenticator or another registered method, such as your registered phone, if available.
- Create a new password when prompted.
- Sign in again using the new password.
If self-service reset does not work Submit a ticket to IT if you cannot verify your identity, your verification methods are out of date, you no longer have access to your phone, or the reset page says you are not registered for password reset. |
Set Up Microsoft Authenticator on a New Phone
Set up Microsoft Authenticator as soon as possible when you receive a new phone. If your old phone still works, keep it available until the new phone is fully tested.
- Install Microsoft Authenticator from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- On a computer, go to aka.ms/mfasetup and sign in with your @INTEGRIS-MGT.COM account.
- Select Add sign-in method.
- Choose Authenticator app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions until a QR code appears on the computer.
- Open Microsoft Authenticator on your phone and scan the QR code.
- Approve the test notification or enter the verification code when prompted.
- Confirm the new Authenticator method appears in your sign-in methods.
Best practice before replacing your phone If possible, set up Authenticator on the new phone before wiping, trading in, or factory-resetting the old phone. This helps avoid lockout. |
Authenticator Is Not Working or You Replaced Your Phone
If Microsoft Authenticator is not approving sign-ins, use the checks below before submitting a ticket.
- Confirm your phone has internet access through Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator app manually and check whether prompts appear inside the app.
- Make sure notifications are enabled for Microsoft Authenticator in your phone settings.
- Confirm the date and time on your phone are set automatically.
- If you recently changed your password, sign in again using the new password.
- If you replaced your phone without moving or re-registering Authenticator, submit a ticket to IT to reset your MFA.
If you no longer have access to the working Authenticator app or your registered phone, you may not be able to complete sign-in yourself. IT must verify your identity and reset your MFA registration before you can set up Authenticator again. |
What to Include in an IT Ticket
If you need IT assistance, include clear details so the issue can be resolved faster.
- Your full name and @INTEGRIS-MGT.COM email address.
- Whether you are changing a known password, resetting a forgotten password, or fixing Authenticator.
- Whether you still have access to your old phone.
- Whether you can receive SMS or phone-call verification, if registered.
- The exact error message or a screenshot of the issue.
- Whether you are blocked on email, Teams, OneDrive, Workbench, or all services.
Common Issues and Resolutions
Issue | Recommended action |
Password was changed but email or Teams keeps asking for the old password | Close and reopen the app, then sign in using the new password. On mobile devices, you may need to update the saved account password or remove and re-add the account. |
Self-service password reset cannot verify your identity | Submit a ticket to IT. Your registered verification methods may be missing or out of date. |
Authenticator prompts are not appearing | Check internet connectivity, open Authenticator manually, and confirm notifications are enabled for the app. |
You replaced your phone and cannot approve sign-ins | Submit a ticket to IT to reset your MFA. After IT resets MFA, set up Authenticator again at aka.ms/mfasetup. |
You see repeated MFA prompts | Complete the prompt carefully. If prompts continue after successful sign-in, restart the application and contact IT if it persists. |
