How to Request an Adobe License

Step 1 Submit a Business Justification

Send an email to Gail.Frye@integris-mgt.com to request an Adobe Acrobat or other Adobe license. Your request should clearly explain why the license is required for your role or business responsibilities.

Include the following information in your request:

  • The Adobe product you need, such as Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Your business reason for requiring the software
  • Any relevant project, department, client, compliance, or operational requirements
  • Whether the request is temporary or ongoing
  • Your @integris-mgt.com email address, if not obvious from the request

Sample Email Request

Subject: Adobe Acrobat Pro License Request

Hello Gail,

I would like to request an Adobe Acrobat Pro license.

Business Justification: I require Adobe Acrobat Pro to create, edit, combine, and secure PDF documents as part of my daily responsibilities. This software is necessary to support ongoing business operations and document management requirements.

Thank you,

[Employee Name]

Step 2 Approval Process

Once Gail reviews and approves the request, Gail will submit an authorization email to IT. The approval email should include:

  •  The requestor's name
  •  The requestor's @integris-mgt.com email address
  •  The specific Adobe license type required
  •  The number of licenses requested
  •  Confirmation that the request has been approved

Important

Requestors do not need to contact IT directly for a new license until Gail has approved the request and submitted approval to IT.

Step 3 License Assignment by IT

IT receives the approved service request from Gail.

IT assigns the correct Adobe license to the approved requestor email address.

IT updates the requestor once the license has been assigned.

License activation may take several minutes to appear in Adobe systems.

Step 4 Sign In to Activate Your License

After IT confirms the license has been assigned:

Open Adobe Acrobat or the relevant Adobe application.

          Select Sign In if prompted.

Sign in using your @integris-mgt.com account.

Complete any Microsoft sign-in or Multi-Factor Authentication prompts.

Close and reopen the Adobe application if the license does not activate immediately.

What to Do if Your Adobe Access Was Removed

Adobe licenses may be removed or reassigned when there is a change in business need, license availability, role requirements, or as part of routine license reviews. If your access was removed and you still require Adobe software, follow the steps below.

Option 1 Request Reinstatement

Email Gail.Frye@integris-mgt.com and include the following:

  •  The Adobe product you require
  •  Confirmation that your previous access was removed
  •  The current business justification for continued access
  •  Whether the access is temporary or ongoing

Gail will review the reinstatement request. If approved, Gail will submit a new authorization request to IT.

Option 2 Contact IT After Approval

If Gail has already approved the request and IT has assigned the license, but you still cannot access Adobe, contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.support@integris-mgt.com and provide:

  •  Your name
  •  Your @integris-mgt.com email address
  •  The Adobe application affected
  •  A screenshot or exact wording of any error message
  •  Whether the issue occurs in the desktop application, web browser, or both

Additional Notes and Expectations

Adobe licenses are assigned only after management approval.

Licenses are provided based on legitimate business requirements.

Adobe accounts and licenses must not be shared between users.

You must sign in with your assigned @integris-mgt.com account to activate and maintain access.

Adobe licenses may be periodically reviewed to ensure appropriate usage, cost control, and compliance.
