How to label messages as "Junk" in Outlook for Windows

Modified on Tue, 22 Jun, 2021 at 10:28 AM

  • Open the Inbox folder in Outlook.

  • Find the email you wish you mark as junk (always receive in Junk E-mail) and right click on it.
  • Go to Junk and then click Block Sender. (The areas to click are marked by the red boxes)

  • The email will now be marked as "junk", and future emails like this will be sent to your Junk Folder.
